COURSES YOU NEED

The following web-site has been designed for you, your employees, and your sub-contractors to obtain your Roadway Worker Protection training and Security ID Badge while working on NICTD – South Shore Line Properties.
You must be registered on this website and have completed the specific course and exercise prior to working on NICTD – South Shore Line. This course is required to be completed annually.

South Shore Line Intro

The South Shore Line is a commuter rail line operated by the Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District (NICTD) between Millennium Station in downtown Chicago and the South Bend International Airport in South Bend, Indiana. Our mission is to provide safe, reliable and convenient commuter service with a skilled team of employees, dedicated to passenger safety. For our employees, we are dedicated to providing working conditions that will promote safety and health. We believe that all accidents are preventable through individual effort, and by creating an environment, that promotes a culture of safety.

This safety culture is rooted in compliance with the rules and procedures that govern our operations. This culture is supported through a spirit of cooperation and teamwork that is focused on personal responsibility and empowerment.

Registration and Information

• If you have a username and password just login.
• If not find your company on our registration database.
• Contact the Administrator of the company to get registered.
• Your account will be opened.
• Take any/all of the courses that you need.
• Your name will appear on the database listing your completed courses. Attach your photo to your account to receive your photo ID badge.

BADGING

SSL requires each and every contractor that works on property to register on this site. Once you and your company are registered on this site you will be able to gain access to your training and badging.
